wow, i've just read this blog. It is where all the articles written by dr. Asri. Mufti Perlis. and i've backlogged for six months. Personally, i like the way he delivers the message, it is very clear and because he relates it to Our (malaysians) lifestyle, mindset, and that have made it even clearer. Rase mcm nak copy paste one article. Tapi he didnot only discuss about one problem, but as u go along, u'll realize that everything is related, in many2 ways. For example, he mentioned about single moms, yg amek hormone pills to breastfeed the adopted child. he said, there is no problem with that, but we have to investigate why, org dh xnak kawen, have their own children. Thats where he relates the problem. Masalah in family institution, *hak wanita (as according to Islam, not the feminist) xdijaga, mahkamah syariah tidak efektif, masalah kemunduran dalam pemikiran Islam dikalangan masyarakat. fuiyooo.
The thing is, Dr. Asri dah menyediakan kita semua, a medium, memudahkan kite. sometimes, we do not realize until someone hits us on our back. So practically, that is what Dr. Asri is doing, and what we have to do is, Jangan cepat melatah. We must want to learn. mencari ilmu. Ilmu agama to be exact. I mean, this is obviously for myself as well, a reminder. the message that Dr. Asri is trying to convey is, Islam is not rigid, not difficult to practice, and definitely not backwards. If only we know how beautiful Islam is. hmmm. what we have to do is, we have to open up our hearts and mind. and Mintak doa to the Almighty that He will mudahkan ilmu untuk kita semua, dan tunjukkan kepada kita semua, jalan yg benar. InsyaAllah.
