please-please pimp moi ride
*yawn.. *BIG yawn..
dad : again? there's leakage on ur radiator again? havent we change your radiator before this?
me : yes, i was about to blablablabla.. let the engine run for abit and then i saw drops of water coming from the the radiator.. and yes, i just had it changed last year.
so finally, THAT explains why the spare tank and the radiator gets dried up every two-days at least.. Fuh.. i got pretty nervous thinking that i might need to change the engine.. coz i still believe mine is still good.. well, as a matter of fact.. it is you know.. but because we couldnt explain why it gets dried-up so easily, we think that the engine is already damaged.. but.. yeehaaa!! not the engine!! so sent it to the mechanic and got her a new radiator as well as a new cap for the radiator.. i checked the water/coolen level in both the radiator and spare tank.. yeay! i dont have to add in a single drop of H2O! syukur to Allah.. but it did costed my dad a few hundred bucks to replace it.. poor dad..
so, that is the radiator.. NOW, i'm getting complaints from mom and whoever rides in my car.. 'why is your car shaking as in bergegar? my sis will just go aaaaaaaaaaaaaa.. and u can hear her aaaaaaaaa.. shaking..' hahahah.. dang! and they'll start.. have you sent your tyres for balancing? i think the left arm dah bengkok! should send to the workshop before it gets worse' and so on.. stress.. since dad is already away to the Holy Land of Makkah for Hajj, i cant just simply send the car for repair.. so, my brother said, its the engine mounting.. its damaged.. it obviously needs to be replaced.. but its quite expensive too.. plus, i've just had the radiator changed.. so i said.. nevermind.. it only shakes when i drive around 70-90km/hr.. but i usually drive faster than that.. hahaha.. so.. the car will have to wait for dad to come back.. poor car.. and poor dad.. the advice my bro gave me was 'pls dont la run over pot holes, and drive slow sikit.. jgnla ganas2 on the road..' hhihihi..
so, that's it about my car.. hahaha.. ok.xde dah. bye

Allah be with them
it has been exactly a month since the last entry. well, things have been very-very good.. and i thank Allah so much.. Mom and Dad are away for Hajj. I miss having them around me because i am so used to having them at home all the time.. then, mom would always nag and now, i nag to my younger sister.. poor little girl.. and dad, we would always fight over the TV remote, but now, i have it all for myself.. hmm.. I know, Allah will look after mom and dad.. amiiiin..
today, i have to do some house keeping.. sweep, wipe, re-arrange, and maybe a bit of washing.. plus, my eldest sister will be joining us in the house tonight.. my uncle as well.. and that'll keep me company for this weekend.. yeay. well, since i will be most of the time alone in the house, ive made plans with my auntie to drive down to the city center to check out on some stuff. well, its not and will not be a shopping trip though, but at least again, i dont have to sit at home alone..owh, we also planned to bake.. ice-cream cake-black sesame *yummy!!, pizza, and oreo cheesecake.. i have most of the ingredients ready and we will start soon starting with the black sesame ice-cream cake!
so, dah la tu.. blablabla.. till then.. ciao

makan-makan
hoho.. its good to have a bit of laughs, jokes, and something non-educational for the day..we even got to eat something other than the ordinary rice (important during exams week).. bukan nya tak makan nasi, i just dont have the time to think of something else to satisfy my hunger or 'gian' menguyah other than rice.. hohohoho.. anyways, its also good to see the girls dress up in nice and sweet clothes, to attend the open house.. owh, it was fun.. something for a change.. i mean, temporarily..

just look at them all smiling.. dont we just love to laugh??! of course we do kan? to my dear classmates, i hope u guys will be able to spend a bit of your time, to stop by at my house, (post-raya open house) and i hope, we'll all have great fun.. okay, i'm getting bored. and i feel sleepy.. prayers first! and ZZzZzzzZzzz......(for an hour only!)

the temperature went up! again..
*blink-blink*
it rained so heavily today.. accompanied by strong wind.. and it blew my umbrella away.. (and got it damaged). 2 km away from home, my car went over-heat.. (again.. *wink) well, i had just refilled the spare tank on sunday.. (it was empty then) but anyways, there was no leak from the engine, the 'minyak pelincir' is still within the required range.. Alhamdulillah.. i fret for a while.. "why now? why when it's raining so heavily?!" and at times, i was swearing to the car.. "bodoh la.. why la now?!" "tak gune punye kete" hahah.. then it strucked me.. all the 'what if' questions u know.. "what if it happened on the exams day? and the day was hot?!" or "what if it happened to my sisters who would not know how to react?!" (not many ppl look at the Temp indicator) i do, coz it happened a few times already..
owh, thanks Allah.. i mean, it was not that bad, the rain cooled down the engine way way faster than it could if it was a hot afternoon.. and my sisters, they were very concerned about me, they came all the way with 3 bottles of water to fill-up the radiator.. and a pump station being only 1000m away from where i stopped my car.. i must thank Allah that it happened today.. it could've been worse.. what a day.. really.. pheeww!!
the moral of the story, never leave the house when its raining so heavily.. the umbrella just wont do any good.. hihihi.. secondly.. always check the radiator.. at least once a week.. plus the spare tank.. always always ALWAYS!! or have a big bottle of water in the car, in case of emergency.. hhuhu.. and dont swear to your car.. they'll swear back at you.. and will make u suffer real bad. hahaha.. ok, toodles..

waiting on the world to change
now we see everything that's going wrong
with the world and those who lead it
we just feel like we dont have the means
to rise above and beat it
so we keep on waiting
waiting on the 'world' to change
of course we do see.. a good example, Da**r E***omi B**u. they preach about the 'Need' to help Bumi entrepreneur to grow better.. mcm cendawan tumbuh selepas hujan.. at the expense of the other races having to 'sacrifice' what they already have achieved for the 'pitiful' Bumi entrepreneurs (that was really, an embarrassment to us) of course i remembered.. so? to help these 'unsuccessful' group, the S**te G*vs were given the authority to select the rightful and MOST Deserving BEs to run the project.. little did we know that, what they mean by B*mi Ents is actually the D**os and Da**ks who knows very little/knows nothing about the the-whatever-project they bid for instead of those who are good/experts in doing 'that-thing'. we have to remember, it is all about money. i repeat ALL about money.
so? siapa yg pathetic and pitiful B**i Ents? i bet it was all about them.. and their K*tes.. and we're all back at square one.. i know the world is just one unfair place.. it is worse because of all these crooks (i shall call them that..) in my whole life, i've always hold on to this sayings that 'what goes around comes around'.. so.. u know what i mean.. and it left me wondering..'arent they afraid of death?' 'arent they afraid of their GOD?' obviously.. from what i can see is that, they are not really mu***ms, but they are ma**ys.. we can become rich and famous even if we're honest people.. but i guess, some ppl prefers to take the easy-way, u know what i mean..
i have definitely blabbered too much.. but i find the necessity to blabber because, i'm totally annoyed.. i think we're all too complacent to even want to change it eventhough we know what is going on.. but u know, i man can never do it.. it takes all of us young people.. to change it and make this country a better place to live in (than now la..)..
this is too much.. okay, gotta go..

UGLY sulk to a Grinnnn...
so, i had to wait for dear mom in the car for a good 30 minutes plus 15 minutes of driving to fetch her at the mall.. hmmm.. (all of us drive for her.. when we're free.. mind you, she has a driving license and drives too..) that's beside that point. so the long wait put a sulk on my face (i bet i looked really UGLY!! EXAMS SCARE ok!! pls understand..
so, while still mundar-mandir'ing' around before maghrib prayers... 'knock! knock!' and then she went.. "happy birthday to you! happy birthday to you!" guess what was in her hands?? a Video CD of the movie The Sound of Music!!! okay, i know the idea of watching TSOM sounds abit lame, childish (to me, it does not) but hey, i grew up watching it.. and i've always loved it..
it all started when i turned on to Hitz.fm and listened to this particular song by Gwen-Stefani.. she used one of the songs from the movie in her song.. so, it strucked me! i've got to get the DVD or at least a VCD.. (i cant explain this sudden cravings and 'keinginan' of things going on). i dragged him to the malls to look for the thing. the original DVD (i dont buy ciplak..hahahah!!) costs a freaking 59 hinggit!! too expensive..so, i tried searching for the vcds and they were all sold out!! 'siapa yg tgk TSOM ni?! sebok je! time org nakla, sold out la..'
the guy at the VCD shop even asked me to come back in two weeks incase if the order has arrived.. erk?! hoklen.. two weeks? i need it NOW!i mean i want it NOW..
Called dear mom... and she said to 'download je laa.. well, it'll take u four good days though..hehehe' she's good at making jokes.. i put down the phone, i went to the lappus-toppus and got it dload.. she called to pick her up and.. there.. The VCD is already in the VCD player!! yeay..
so.. the sulk... (owh sungguh buruk ;P) finally turned to a big grin.. thanx dear mom.. i love you

Job interview??
i was rubbing my knees during the interview.. what the heck?!!!
i was so bloody nervous.. my sentences.. they were all jumbled up and it didnt actually come out as how i wanted it to be.. and i obviously mumbled abit.. i mean alot!!! oklah, it wasnt that bad anyways..damn this nervousness!!!
wait.i actually went for a job interview!! =P and it scare the **** out of me.. the panels were my lecturers.. hahah. but, i obviously want to give them the best i could.. hohoho..
spent the whole night preparing the slides but they didnt even look at it!! hoh! huh! (it was all cut and paste after all! hahaha..). the interview lasted for 10 minutes only. they went thru every single sijil that i have in the folder and even looked thru my exams results.. it was pretty embarrassing as i was already "ehe.. ehe.. i. i.." dang! out of words as i was already lost in my embarrassment!
after i left the room, hooh.. i was like..' what did i do? what have i said? i... ergh!! was it good?will i get it?' questions were like popping out, i was still nervous and i went straight to him and told him.. 'they asked me... i was rubbing my knees!! and they looked through my certs, each one of it! they didnt listen to my presentation!.... i was.." i was out-of breath.i really was.. hoh.. what and experience.. on the contrary, it brought me to ponder about my future. i mean, i have already made decisions on what to do.. i mean, my carrier path.. tau la xcertain lagi.. after the interview.. it sort of like, gave me a different ideas and perceptions and spirit of what i can do in the future.. i mean, the options should not be rigid and square.. i know.. and i'm glad.. i thought, applying for the job was a wise decision..
still, i went for a job interview.. hahaha..

chilling fall part 2
did i tell you we had to cross the river 6 times before reaching the fall.
lets start from behind.this is the last crossing before we reach the waterfall.the current was strong.but we made it.
dah sampai!! yeay!!so, we had to cross the river 12 times.. and it was good. enjoyed it very much..we were really tired. at first thought of heading back home straight. but hey, we stopped somewhere in rawang for Durian-eating-session. the durians were really good. sume muke puas makan durian..
'apesal mahal sangat?3 ringgit je la..'
so,that was all about our trip to Chilling Fall.. now we have to focus on our research and we definitely have to put our waterfall outing plans on hold. most probably, after Hari Raya. till then..ciao

Chilling Fall
what a day to begin the week with.. ;)
Sunday, 16 July 2006 took us to another waterfall, chilling fall. it is located in Kuala Kubu Baru and took us around 2 hours to reach from Kuala Lumpur. Nevertheless, the journey was very... interesting as we had to 'menyusur' Kuala Kubu Baru dam. These are the landmarks to look out if you plan to go for a adventurous yet relaxing picnic at chilling fall.

Sungai Lembing - Final Year Research
We went to Sungai Lembing, Pahang and it is surely a trip to remember. we went there to collect samples for our final year research. i did mention in my earlier post that we were going to sg lembing to collect some wild pandans.hehe. we did, we brought back 40kgs of pandan, 1 kg of pandan fruit, and that is equivalent to 7 guni bags! there were only 5 pairs of hands. and each one weighs around approximately 6 kgs? hahahaha..but it was all so good!
we didnt get to take pics because we were always on the move, and it was pretty difficult to find the fruit.so, with a camera in one hand, and the other holding a parang to 'tebas' all that was in the way..difficult.so,not so many pics. we did come across interesting 'things' such as, 'ular lidi', spiders [big2 ones], flowers and fruits, and.. a breathtaking waterfall! the waterfall, was a reward after long hours of searching for pandan fruits. the water was really clean and fresh and, smells good too!! we couldnt get a pic of the waterfall, because it was so beautiful. And unless we go right to the middle of the 6-meters-deep pool, we cant have it here in the blog. hehehe.beautiful, breathtaking, and Subhanallah. owh and how we realized that we didnt actually need drinking water because, the water was clean ,cool and fresh enuff that we can just drink it right from the stream. hahaha. fresh mineral water.
everything turned out really good and satisfying, until our lecturer cut himself with a parang while trying to get pandan. [salah cara penggunaan parang] it was a big cut, and obviously, lots and lots of blood.luckily the ranger brought a first-aid kit with him. so he helped prof with his hand. hurmm.. when we got back to where we start-off, we realized that the leeches have been feeding up on our blood. eww. they were not there when we cleaned ourselves up, but we were all bleeding non-stop.we headed back to Pekan Sg. Lembing at 5 i guess, and reached the small town around 6 something. the 4WD challenge to get out of the hutan back to pekan sg lembing was so bad.. [seb baik x muntah] it was only 13km. bumpy and goyang sana, goyang sini! stressful!
well, as usual.. here are some pics that we managed to capture during our one-day trip to sg. lembing.

cantik x? dont ask me what plant are those because i myself do not know.do u know where to find these? on my way up to an unnamed waterfall somewhere in Hulu Langat.today's journey, took myself with the other 13 to a very interesting location,(i dont know the name of the place) somewhere in Hulu Langat. an unnamed waterfall, as not many ppl now the place. and on that day itself, there were only us and later, another group came up to join us.it took us 1 hour 30 minutes (mendaki bukit) to get to the waterfall.we had bbq as well.so these are some of the pics taken during the picnic.the picture below, the beginning of our journey. haha.horrible it was because, the route was muddy, slippery, and especially difficult if you're only in a pair of slipper. the day was bright and warm, sangat sesuai for that kind of activity, hill? climbing and mandi air terjun.
our bags are heavy, filled with all sorts of tid-bits,and the tools for bbqas well as the marinated chicken parts and sausages etc2.
this pic up here marks the end of the most difficult part of the journey!very steep and slippery.ada yg tergelincir.
the pic down here is the reward after an hour plus of climbing up the hill, with all the muddy and slippery trail.beautiful and fascinating.sungguh tenang jiwa ini.this is a good weekend getaway, with friends. the food was good and everything tasted so yummy when the stomach is near empty.hehehe.and all of us ate everything that was barbequed. hahahaha. after a good 3 hours bermandi manda and makan-makan, we packed our stuff and headed down hill.another dirty and tiring journey.but, all of us had loads of fun and it's really good to go and get the mind relaxed (especially after 5 days of doing nothing at the factory) hahaha. a very interesting place. since the waterfall has yet to be named, so i cant tell you the name.enjoy the pics.

fruits!buah ape tu gaz?
so,that's all about it.till the next entry.ciao2.
One Afternoon
it was a dull afternoon.had nothing to do.the day was hot.and i needed something called 'fan' to make me become less than like a cacing kepanasan.and i found this very antique and fan.berabuk ku semangat.but hey,its better than not having any.

Pandan?
Praise be to Allah
This is a Pandan tree.its not the typical pandan that we use in our cookings.mengkuang is in the Pandanus family.this is what i'll be doing for the next 4 months.starting in june.
we will need to collect loads of Pandan from,i dont know where yet. we will be doing a research on it to look out for the important compounds in pandan. i think its gonna be a bit tedious, but its gonna be fun because we get to go places. that's it for now.

why are they still there?
i am writing this in respond to a blog i read earlier.
first and foremost, this is not something new.it has always been in the newspapers. and a few days back, the star published an article relating to the topic. i personally think, what these professionals should remember is they have a responsibility towards the people of the country, especially the tax payers. responsibilities outweighs any other thing that they claimed to be the reasons why they are still there.
the country is being built by those of my dad's age those in the 40's and 50's. including my dad, i believe our dads.these group, the largest group sent to various countries (UK, US, iraq, egypt, australia, etc2) to gain the knowledge the country needs with hopes that they will bring a light to the development of the country. and look at the results. arent we lucky enuff to be able to live in such comfort?so,what about those brains we need but barely here?but what about us? arent we supposed to continue their legacy?
and so they claimed, poor political condition. thus leads to poor organization and everything. but these politicians are getting old and tomorrow, is going to be our future. if the brilliant and smart ones are still there, we will always get stuck with those, un-educated, corrupt datuks and dato's and all la.things will never change. as a reminder, if u want something to change, u have to do it.DO it! not fret.these groups are already exposed to the world so they should use their power, or knowledge to help develop the country, physically and, hahaha politically. the government has provided a biotech-valley to place all the biotech experts.but if they are there, who's going to run it? pakcik potong rumput? govt hospitals, why do we keep on hiring foreign specialists when we have many of them? because they are there and not here.it makes a lot of difference when they are there and fret compared to IF they are here and serve and contribute.
the knowledge gained should not be wasted so selfishly for their own benefit. who says u cant get rich in Malaysia (even without having to bribe org gomen! hahahaha)ok sorry.not funny.i think up to this point, what i can say is, they are brilliant BUT selfish. to doctors in the UK, why are you so busy treating those brits when ur own people need u here? well, they paid their tax, what did u do to it?wow! look at your wallets! what so much money you've got there!! eww.
but here, i dont only blame these professionals. but the government as well. they should listen better to the people rather than listening to the Satans besides their ears.
another thing is, for doctors, i think they should regulate the opening of private clinics and focus more on hospitals. this i think will help the doctors to get better rests (and boleh la buat shift instead of on-calls), and be more focused in their job rather than counting their daily profits in the clinic by selling meds so expensively (not all la), and then they can consider of increasing these (so demanding) group of peoples salary. begitu juga dgn pharmacies in Malaysia. they should consider things like these.
the tax-payers dont just simply send these people to study abroad unpurposely.mmgla bukan anak die, tp if money is part of the reason why they're still there, than money IS also part of the reason why they should come back. and if they dislike the government, they have brains, they're smart. they should fight for their rights as malaysians in malaysia. 2 brains is always, always better than one. think about it, if 100 out of a thousand plus sent abroad comes back, u think they can change the country? as compared to the whole group working hand in hand to change to country in becoming a better place to live in. think about it.they were given the trust, and Amanah, they should never betray and act so selfishly.
i am only a local student here.i am not being exposed directly to the world like what the others studying abroad have. i have stayed in the UK when i was small, i did visit UK for a month or two. and how i like it, i love it too, i wish i could study there. it is like, something different yes, thats the word. its all about being different. but at the end of the day i can be different even if i stay in my own country, eventhough my mother says, 'u can stay there for another month,' i dont feel like staying there for another month. i have my family here in Malaysia. and it is not about money. its about my obligations.
there's this BM proverb, pasal hujan emas hujan batu. the point is, lebih baik negeri sendiri. tepuk dada, tanye selera. Think. i have more to say, but well, i'll put a stop to it,here. if u have comments, pls do.till then.

dealova?
aku ingin menjadi mimpi indah
dalam tidur mu
aku ingin menjadi sesuatu yg mungkin
bisa kau rindu
karena langkah merapu
tanpa dirimu
karena hati telah letih
aku ingin menjadi sesuatu
yang selalu bisa kau sentuh
aku ingin kau tahu
bahwa ku selalu memuja mu
tanpa mu sepinya waktu merantai hati
bayang mu seakan akan
kau seperti nyanyian dalam hatiku
yang memanggil rindu ku pada mu
seperti udara yg ku hela kau selalu ada
hanya dirimu yang bisa membuatkan ku tenang
tanpa dirimu aku merasa hilang
dan sepi
dan sepi
kau seperti nyanyian dalam hatiku
yang memanggil rinduku padamu
kau seperti udara yg ku hela
kau selalu ada

i dont even know where and how to start..
Are they protecting the others for their own benefits?? for their own interests or for their own pocket? the question is why not even one supports the motion?
Or ar they just afraid to admit that they are practicing corruption??
My belief is when a person is accused of falsehood, one should stand firm to justice and not be afraid to prove he is right.
Allah itu Maha Agung.
Voicing support for the motion, Shahrir, who is Johor Baru MP, said the matter should be investigated by the committee to clear the air as “integrity should begin in Parliament.” (taken from The Star)
Or ar they just afraid to admit that they are practicing corruption??

Till the next entry..
Praise be to Allah,

Please Pray for me that i will not die in the merapi eruption
MasyaAllah. that was a saying and hope from a friend now studying in Jogja. We went online yesterday.
me : why arent u back in Malaysia?
why havent they declare jogja darurat??
friend : they said we wont be affected by the eruption.
but do pray for me.
me : of course i will. just make sure you have tonnes of that face masks. ok??
i dont know if u need some other protection kit. but face masks is important.
friend : ok.
i was so touched and worried. insyaAllah. she will be in good hands of God, and may He protect her from the eruption. U may not be aware that Gunung Merapi is about to explode soon. Merapi is located in central Java. 40 km from the bustling cultural city of Jogjakarta. and the seismic activity increased tremendously and today, the mountain has started to emit smokes. and this is worrying. the local Authority have alerted the locals living right on the slopes of the mountain. oh Lord. i just hope my friend and the other malaysians living in the vicinity will be alright. insyaAllah.
check out the website/news about the warning here. and

The Unstoppable Wave

First and foremost, Praise be to Allah, the Creator of us All.
i was bored doing revision, so i switched on the box and..
i have never been so amazed in my whole life. no, no, its not a movie, not a video music either. i watched "the unstoppable wave" on Discovery Channel. and Subhanallah. Allah is the Greatest.
The unstoppable wave was about Tsunami that striked Banda Acheh and destroyed the whole town on the 26th December 2006. the wave was 80 ft high and the earth quake recorded 9.2 magnitude on the richter scale. Devastating it was.the team have indeed done a great-job (i wish they were Muslim Scientists). regardless, the team managed to unveil the truth about what happened on the 26th december 2004, the most-devastating tsunami in the world history. and, ya Allah. it was totally fantastic. guys, i am so lost in words. i have Transmission Electron Microscope in my mind for the coming paper tomorrow.but right now, all that i can say is, Allah is Great. beyond Great!!
i have the website here. read, well it is just a short review about the documentary but do read.
The Unstoppable Wave
i'm telling you people. its worth watching.
and insyaAllah, will bring urself closer to Our Creator. The Almighty.i'm telling you people. its worth watching.
i suggest you guys to stop watching the less-educating TV shows. its useless, time-wasting and it has no value in it.
