today is a day to remember.. hari ni, i bought a coconut.. kelapa k.. bukan coconut milk or whatever yg instant.. sbb nak masak ala-ala malaysia punya pasal.. beli la coconut sebijik.. sebab baru 1st time nak pecahkan coconut shell.. sesungguhnya, sangatlah lama untuk kelapa tu pecah.. because hey, i have to know where the pressure point is.. after maybe 6 hits.. crack..shrrrr.. air kelapa pon keluar.. hooray!! but the joy didnt last that long did it? camne nak korek isi die?? hoklen!! gile betul.. apesal aaa UK ni takde mesin parut kelapa.. or, paling2 pon.. apesal la kedai Haji tu takde service memarut kelapa?? after all.. kedai org Islam.. where most of the customers are muslims and we use alot alot of santan.. so, dgn redha nye, terpakse lah korek gune pisau.. and hiris all the chocolate thing yang lekat at the back of the isi.. potong la dengan bersungguh-sungguh sbb tak sabar nak blend.. air dah masak.. fuh.. nak cepat punya pasal.. cebisan isi kelapa tu "terpele'ot".. and Ouchhhhhhhhh!!! sakit la!! i cut my own finger!! accidentally!! well.. at one point, it hurts alot.. tp, after i've managed to blend it.. owh!! best siut!! dapat pati santan! hilang segala kesakitan.. hurmm.. sesungguhnya, my hardwork and determination has been paid!! walaupon terpakse menahan kesakitan... hehe.. puas2.. there's always something that u learn when things go wrong.. anything.. cheers!!!
